We would like to inform you that our tried-and-tested diatomaceous earth is now available with a revised formula and a new name: „Kieselgold“.
Kieselgold contains diatomaceous earth (Kieselgur) as its main ingredient, a marine primeval natural product that developed over millions of years. It is used as a natural source of silicon. Silicon is an essential building block of connective tissue, tendons, bones and hoof horn
- To support the moulting process and bowel cleansing
- Naturally rich in silicon for tendons, ligaments and joints
- Promotes hoof horn strength and hair growth
Composition:

Diatomaceous earth consists mainly of silicic acid. Silicic acid contains a high proportion of silicon, a trace element found in the body primarily in the connective tissue cells of the skin, hair and cartilage. The body cannot produce silicon itself, so it relies on an intake via the diet. Furthermore, due to diatomaceous earth’s large surface area, harmful substances are bound and excreted from the gut. - Isomaltulose
As a prebiotic, isomaltulose helps maintain a healthy gut microbiome and improves flavour and texture. - Linseed oil
The oil blend gives the coat a silky sheen. - Turmeric
Turmeric stimulates the appetite, naturally extends shelf life and improves the absorption – and thus the bioavailability – of micronutrients.
