DEFICIENCY SYMPTOMS HAVE MANY FACES

Many horses are usually supplied with sufficient energy even with a small amount of crib feed. However, a supply of vital substances that meets the horse's needs often falls by the wayside when only a small amount of feed is given. The consequences are deficiency symptoms such as nervousness and inner restlessness, signs of wear and tear, utilization disorders, susceptibility to infections, skin problems, allergies, emaciation, metabolic problems and hormone disorders.

PARTICULARLY HIGH CONTENT OF TRACE ELEMENTS

The Hesta Mix®series is a horse feed rich in vital elements with a particularly high content of highly bioavailable micronutrients. Even with small crib feed rations, this ensures a needs-based supply of organically bound trace elements. Deficiencies are compensated or already prevented quickly and reliably due to the reliable absorption via the intestine and the rapid reaching of the target organ.

The tasty Hesta Mix Muesli is especially suitable for regularly worked horses with an average requirement for concentrated feed. Mostly these are easy-keeping, larger breeds such as Andalusians, Lusitanos, cold-blooded horses, Arabians, Tinkers or Friesians.

Feeding recommendation

As a supplement to the basic feed supply with roughage and/or pasture grass. From a quantity of approx. 200-300 g per 100 kg body weight and day, no additional mineral feed is necessary. The total amount should be spread over several rations. In case of lower dosage or supply deficits, we recommend the addition of SemperMin or MicroVital.

1 litre corresponds to approx. 540 g

Feeding instructions
This complementary feed may only be fed to horses up to 20 % of the daily ration (incl. hay) due to the higher content of vitamins and trace elements compared to complete feeds.
Please follow the feeding recommendation.

Hipp Tip!
For older horses, hasty eaters or horses with teeth, chewing or gullet problems, we recommend enriching muesli with water or switching from muesli to pelleted feed, soaking it with sufficient water and feeding it as a mash.
Please be sure to keep your horse hydrated.
